How does AYAATECH BMS work in the Electric Folklift part ?

Design targeted BMS based on the chemical characteristics of lithium battery and the working characteristics of forklifts. Besides conventional functions such as overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent and short-circuit protection, the design of the Folklift BMS also fully considers high-power heat dissipation and the balance of the entire battery pack. 

BMS use aluminum alloy as the heat dissipation substrate,with a temperature rise of less than 20 degrees.

Because of high current and high load stability, we come up with the material innovation of copper substrate to make the discharge current of individual cells as close as possible.

Use brand IC and MOS transistors, online real-time monitoring of battery status is carried out to ensure battery operates within a safe, stable, and efficient range.

The internal resistance balance of the battery pack can effectively compensate due to the capacity decrease caused by individual battery differences during usage, and maximize the service life of the battery.

PTC isolation is used to avoid surge current safety issues caused by large capacity.

With all features, it provides a strong guarantee for the promotion and application of bulk installation of power lithium battery pack on electric forklifts.
