1.1. In order to choose the best and most suitable cell for customers, our engineers will execute life cycle test sampling from different batches, different models, and different cell types. Charging and discharging the battery for 0~2000 times.Depending on different battery model, engineer will set the work steps accordingly, All the corresponding data you can read via PC (Including: Voltage capacity curve, time, voltage, current graphics, recording layer, test layer graphics, and output the corresponding EXCEL data )
1.2.This device consists of computer, switch and the inferior machine. Voltage acquisition accuracy 0.001V, current accuracy 0.001A. Besides, there is infrared temperature detection protection function. If suffer the abnormal power failure, the inferior machine will automatically save the data.
Matching Process for

2.1. Charging and discharging same bunch cells under same voltage and current, then check the capacity of the cells according to the matching requirement.Matching Requirement : gap of the cell capacity should below 20mah
2.2. This machine with high precision and reliability can check 800pcs cells at the same time , also can avoid cell reverse connection.
Voltage and Internal Resistance
Sorting for Single Cell
3.1,All cells on shelf at 45°C for 3-7 days , then checking voltage and inner resistance. Sorting Requirement : Gap of the cell voltage should below 20mv and differnce of the resistance should below 2mΩ
3.2. High test speed for this machine and you can read voltage /inner resistance through the screen.
Protection board test
VIEW MORE4.1.Test every PCM (Protection Circuit Module) by professional tester with jig, test their over current protection, resistance, power consumption, over-charge protection, over-discharge protection!
Professional jig/fixture can improve the working efficiency, make test parameters more accurate and protect the PCM from contact resistance. There is contact resistance once they touch PCM, like hands, alligator, and other equipment.
4.2. This Machine can test PCM for li-ion and lifepo4 from 1S~16S! When testing over current value between 50A~200A, we will connect a external module! Tester's voltage accuracy is 0.001V; current accuracy is 0.001A; over current delay time is 0~500mS.

Tensile test of nickel plate and
short circuit test of battery
6.1. Test method:
1) Pulling test for nickel plate of battery pack or cell:
Normal requirement: 3-6kg pulling force, take vertical pulling force as standard(For different spec of nickel, the pulling force is also different, specific according to the process requirement; Mandatorily there is insulation material to fasten the battery, in case the battery pack or cells would be damaged.)
2) Short circuit test: Battery pack/cell full charged, the resistance of the wire connect to the + and - of the battery is smaller than 50m, lay aside it for 6 hours, and measure the temperature of the battery.
6.2 Test equipment
1) Tension meter: pulling force range is 0-20kg(with function of display the actual pulling force)
2) Short circuit switch: single (air switch 100A)

7.2. There are 3 different type devices. The DC power supply are 60V / 10A . Electronic load is 3000W (voltage range 0-120V, current 0-240A). Resistance tester (0-4000Ω, test speed 0.5S)

8.1. Once ready product presented, for further analysis, our engineer will perform life cycle test sampling from ready bunch, cycle times: 0-300 times.For different model of cell, set the working step separately for each point, read the data accordingly (data include: voltage-capacity curve, time-voltage-current curve, record level, test level figure, and can derive the data in excel format.)
8.2. This equipment is composed of computer, software testing machine, etc., using the most advanced equipment for testing, acquisition accuracy of 60V20A is: voltage 0.01V , current 0.01A,
Finished product aging
VIEW MORE9.1. Perform burn-in test for all finished battery pack. According to the saturation voltage , the working current, the cut-off voltage of the battery pack to charge and discharge, and do sub-capacity for the overall battery, whether the data meet the capacity requirements (charge and discharge 5 cycles including a cycle to check the qualified minimum capacity).
9.2. The device including a power supply (60V / 20A) and a electronic load, which can read the battery aging data, graph curve, and the battery temperature rise. Charging mode: CC-CV(constant current first, then constant voltage to cut off current) .Discharging mode set according different battery pack.
Vibration Test
VIEW MORE10.1. Put the product on this equipment after packaged, it will simulate transport situation, shake and vibrate the goods! After it stop and check the package still fix and no loosening, then we can confirm the package is well done!
10.2. Working voltage is 220V and vibration frequency is 0~50HZ for this Simulation of transport vibration equipment
