The Lantern Festival, also known as Yuanxiao Festival, is a traditional and vibrant celebration in China. Falling on the 15^th day of the first lunar month, it marks the end of the Chinese New Year celebrations and is filled with joy, light, and culture traditions

To kick off the event with excitement, we started with a lottery–sharing good luck with everyone. As the saying goes, ’ Joy shared is joy doubled!’ From grand prizes to small tokens, everyone walked away a winner. And those who won the top prizes were absolutely thrilled.
 

 

 
A grand feast is an essential part of any festive celebration. After the lottery concluded, everyone joyfully enjoyed a traditional Cantonese delicacy—Poon Choi. It is a big pot with pork, chicken, variety of sea food, radishes and more, symbolizes harvest, wealth, reunion and joy to celebrate the Chinese New Year!
 

 
To wrap up the day’s festivities, we enjoyed steaming bowls of sweet dumplings together.
